A cooking school for training Nannies in Basic and Advanced cooking skills.  Kids and Young Adult lessons teaching healthy, nutritions meals.  Kiddies Birthday parties with different themes.  i have trained close to 500 Nannies successfully over 9 years, giving them confidence to cook in their jobs and own homes.

Nice Touch began in 2004 and is now a household name amongst mommies & nannies in Cape Town. Dishes: Everyday healthy, family meals including nutrition, table setting and lunch box ideas. This course is suitable if she/he have already taken the basic course or if confident in the kitchen. The recipes do not change on the basic course, but can be tailor made to suit your lifestyle. Your nanny will be taught alternatives and the correct way to prepare meals for specific diets such as kosher, vegetarian, diary free, gluten free etc. All recipes are low fat for healthy family friendly meals.
