Ideally located in beautiful Sea Point, Olaf’s Guest House is only 10 minutes from Cape Town city centre, including the trendy Long- and Kloof Street with its restaurants and cafes, the V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, and the famous Table Mountain. It is our pleasure to provide guests a welcomed sanctuary from the bustling metropolis of Cape Town. Located just outside our front door, you’ll find fabulous shopping, breathtaking beaches, pubs, coffee shops, and the Promenade, a popular spot to walk along the water and take in the view. Let Olaf’s Guest House create a memorable experience for you. Fabulous shopping centres, breathtaking beaches, the exiting Waterfront, the Promenade, and major bus routes are within walking distance. Car rentals and shuttles to and from the airport can also be arranged. The staff at Olaf’s Guest House in Sea Point have all been hand picked for their friendliness, big smiles and their ability to make guests feel at home. They are regularly re-trained in all aspects of the business and as a result are proud to be part of the family. Olaf’s Guest House is graded annually to ensure a high standard prevails by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. We endeavour to make your stay with us as memorable and enjoyable as possible. This lovely room is perfect for the traveler who needs a bit of extra space. With a floor area of 28 square meters it will give you the feeling of experiencing a second room. This is a very special room in our house, to wake up with the curtains wide open is sheer bliss. This room is my personal favourite with earthy colours and soft ambiance. Chapman’s is one of our favourite rooms in the house. This spacious room has an extra nook to sit in and enjoy a book or just to get away from the bustling of the city. Retro funk and welcoming are what springs to mind upon entering the room. This lovely room walks out on the pool area, perfect for a glass of wine, a bit of sun and your favourite book. The modern look and feel of Sea Point room resonates perfectly with the modern city of Cape Town. The room with personality, a modern room that will give you that aaah moment after a long day of sightseeing, a place to come home to. This warm and welcoming room makes it hard to leave in the mornings. The dark trimmings remind us of the stability of the great African Elephant. Sea Point, a seaside suburb of Cape Town, sits along the Atlantic Ocean and provides guests at Olaf’s Guest House the perfect opportunity to stroll along the beachfront Promenade and take in the ocean air. Pick any weekend of the year in Cape Town and you’re bound to find a host of events planned throughout our hip and happening city. If you’re a vino lover, there’s a nice sweet treat waiting for you in the Town of Oaks, or, if jazz and classical tunes are your thing, then the Cape Town may just be what you need.
