One Hundred Percent is a proactive design studio established and run by Peter and Mandy Lumb which opened its doors for business at the end of 2007.

One Hundred Percent was created in response to a growing need from business for the processes, skills, insights and, of course, creativity of a large agency experience while still retaining the more accessible, personal, agile and responsive service approach of a smaller, smarter operation. We strive to foster long-term partnerships between our clients and ourselves. The key to providing solutions to our clients is creating or growing their brand equity. This is done through the building of brands that are arresting in a world of marketing clutter. And building brand equity is not something that is cute or makes your product look pretty. It also affords us the opportunity to spread our knowledge net wider to keep us in touch with trends, technologies and insights that are changing on an ongoing basis. Peter, One Hundred Percent’s head creative, has been in the industry as a Graphic Designer, Art Director and Creative Director for twenty years. His disciplines consist of Graphic Design, Print Advertising, Direct Marketing and Event Promotions. Through Mandy’s career as an Account Executive and Account Manager, she has gained experience in both large and small agency environments over the years. She has worked on accounts ranging from those that require more one to one personal interaction with an understanding of smaller budgets, to large corporate accounts where deadlines and an overall understanding of the marketing strategy is of key importance.
