Company Scorecards: enables management to view and compare facets within the company e.g. The structure is compromised of a series of objects representing Users, Equipment and Positions each of which may be attached to a profile. Profile A profile consists of Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) which are further broken down by Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that are specific measurables that are used to evaluate a KPA. The KPI’s compromise the questions within an evaluation. To allow for complete customization and to glean necessary information for any given company, a spectrum of adjustments can be done e.g. Evaluations The integrated evaluation system is the backbone of OnSIGHT, allowing for ease of data capture and transferring into comprehensive charts and reports. The evaluations can be fine-tuned to allow for precision whilst capturing information. OnSIGHT evaluations were designed with the user in mind. Scheduled Evaluations: A scheduled evaluation is one that must be performed during a given time frame. After an evaluation has been scheduled, it immediately shows up on the relevant audience’s calendar found on their personal dashboard. Once an evaluation has been completed the data is immediately routed and reflected in the relevant scorecards. Kiosk The OnSIGHT Kiosk was designed as a flexible platform on which to perform evaluations.
