Optima Hydraulics offers a complete service, from conceptualisation and design, manufacture and installation through to comprehensive training and support. This is backed up by a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with the latest technology for conducting particle analysis, testing filtration and logging systems, measuring pressure and flow rates etc. A scientific approach ensures preventative troubleshooting and maintenance, which reduces downtime and saves money. Optima's reputation is built on clear goal orientation, modern technology and a high level of professionalism in everything we do. The company currently employs a staff of about 70 people. Our design office is responsible for the design of special purpose machines and is also integrally involved in consulting work. Although most of our concepts are born in the conventional way, all detail designs and final assembly drawings are produced by using the latest design software. For all in-house and some of our competitors repaired hydraulic components, our own in-house developed test bench is the final hurdle for a successfully completed repair.
