Orchid 10 was established in February 2010.

The group was initially formed to serve as a vehicle for members to save together and through this to contribute to a mutually agreed upon social cause. The group collectively spans a number of sectors including corporate, government, small business, higher education as well as social entrepreneurship. In coming together, the group realised that the diverse skills and talents, passions and a deep commitment to contribute towards social upliftment was a critical resource that could be used strategically to advance an agenda that explores wealth creation as well as contribute towards sustainable social development. In addition to those critical objectives, the soul of Orchid10 lies in its objectives around personal growth. Orchid 10 is a sisterhood where we celebrate, motivate, encourage and support each with love and respect. Our diversity educates, enlightens and teaches us tolerance and patience with each other and the world, which helps us to grow in a nurturing environment. While at high school, she worked part-time in clothing retail every school holidays from age of seventeen. After matriculation, she worked her way up in retail from cashier to store managing. Her experience in retail is 32 years While a store manager, she achieved a number of leadership accolades in training such as advanced labour relations, negotiating skills, facilitating, labour relations, executive development training, self mastery, stress management etc. Because of her successful managing skills, Tsie was identified as a potential for retail trainee Buyer. As a senior buyer, she is involved in high level negotiations mainly in the East, China. Travel to Europe for trends has also added sharp business acumen qualities to her portfolio. Tsie lives in Claremont, Cape Town, and is a mother to a son, Tumi, she enjoys gym, mountain climbing and outdoor activities. Most of her past time is dedicated to enriching her soul through her church classes and involved in social responsiveness activities. She is also a member of Rotary Claremont, making a difference in a lot of disadvantaged areas. After matriculating in 1993, she enrolled at the Durban Institute of Technology where she completed a diploma in Fashion Design & Technology. Topshow Productions provides technical support and service in Sound, Stage, Lighting, Video Recording, Editing and Audiovisual. Topshow Productions has offered services at corporate events, conferences, musical productions & festivals, sporting events, video shoots, as well as consultation & co-ordination of events.
