Bernard Herbert is the founding member and Chief Executive of the HL network. He completed his articles with EY, where he gained extensive experience in auditing and tax, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ninon is a Financial Manager and manages the HL Cape Town branch. She joined HL in 2012 and has since completed her articles and Bachelors degree in Accounting Sciences and Financial Accounting. Anna-Marie is a director of HL Business Consultants. She holds a senior certificate and is a Qualified Skills Development Facilitator.
