Client: Lawn Star, Epping Product: Rack Supported Mezzanine Floor This floor doubled the client’s warehouse space, adding 216 sqm of floor space, with a carrying capacity of 500 kg per square meter. Client: Plumstead Electrical Product: Rack Supported Mezzanine Floor A mezzanine floor installation, supported by cable reel racking as well as bolted shelving. We are suppliers of caging, a perfect solution to secure warehouse and products. Is is adjustable according to any client specifications. We offer various forms of racking products which include light duty racking for middle sized storage; heavy duty racking for pallet storage and cantilever racking for bulky, oversized or long loads. Light-duty racking is a system designed to be a little more robust than the bolted shelving. Ideal for usage in between shelving and heavy duty racking. Mainly used in distribution centres for individual pallet positions. Cantilever racking is manufactured to the specific product requirements of the client and is primarily used for the storage of bulky, oversized, long loads such as timber, plasterboard, steel trusses & piping. With drive-in racking, pallets are placed so they can slide backwards on a rail, thus storing them more deeply and creating more space in the warehouse. Drive-In Racking involves the forklift entering the racking from one side to load or retrieve the pallets which are stored more deeply. Mobile racking systems are selective racking mounted on heavy duty bases, which are electrically driven on tracks mounted into floor slabs. Each pallet can be accessed at any given time without having to move any other pallet.
