We do not charge any administration or delivery fees, plus medication is automatically dispensed and delivered on a 28 day cycle. We deliver to private individuals who are not members of any medical scheme or public healthcare sector (CCMDD or COID) programmes and have registered their prescription with us. We furthermore partner and, where relevant, integrate with medical scheme administrators and various managed care organisations to deliver exceptional care to patients. Pharmacy Direct supports NHI and is contracted as the Central Chronic Medicine Dispensing and Distribution (CCMDD) service provider in the following provinces: Eastern Cape. Pharmacy Direct is also contracted to the Compensation Fund to service qualifying patients for their chronic medicine needs.
