We know how important accurate service and repair of weighing equipment is in the running of your business. At RapidScaleServices we have the know-how and experience to offer all these services, exactly calibrated to meet your company's specific requirements. All our services, Breakdown, Preventive maintenance (PM) and Emergency visits (EV) are carried out by well trained, experienced technicians, without interrupting your business activities. A Major part of our business is manufacturing Weighbridges and Industrial Platform scales. Service and Maintenance contracts will be offered at a monthly, quarterly or half yearly interval and include labor, traveling and technical support. You pay NO labor on ANY additional repairs and you get at every visit a report on the condition of your equipment, as-well as preferential rates on new scales. 2.Under this agreement we undertake to service, and maintain in good operating condition, the machines as specified. 3.We undertake to inspect, clean, oil, adjust and test these machines two, four or twelve times a year, making repairs and adjustments without further charges unless these should be required because of accident, fire or abuse. 5.Traveling expenses of our staff between our Technical Department and your premises are included. 6.No charge will be made for repair and adjustment calls required between the regular service calls.
