We manufacture engineering and commercial products in polyethylene, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene, thermoform and free blow mould acrylics, nylon and acetyl from water tanks for boats and yachts to bushes and flanges for industry.

The business was started in a garage in 1991 and we have grown to a successful business in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. Reflex is the leader in design and manufacture of Plastics Products more than 24 years and we use Plexiglas, Perspex and Acrylics from major suppliers in South Africa. Reflex Products reputation for its capabilities and manufacture of products starts with a well equipped workshop. All staff are well trained in their different departments and all staff are equipped with the correct tools to maximize production. Reflex Products uses up to date equipment and products to get the best results for their clients. The company is owner managed and we strive to maintain a family atmosphere with the staff being happy and conscientious in their jobs. The staff compliment has also grown with the business and they have been with us for many years. The strategy at Reflex Products is to continually upgrade and educate our staff so as to improve standards of workmanship and quality. Reflex Products uses a range of products from the plastics industry in forming, milling and vacuum forming technology. We have an in-house Design Department which will help you develop your products from the initial idea to completed product. All our drawings are done in the CAD System which is produce in-house by our design team. Perspex Fabrication, Vacuum forming, Thermo forming, Automotive and Marine products, Point of Purchase, Medical and Scientific products and many more components. We have state of the art Laser cutting machines which can cut and engrave Perspex, Specific Plastics, Wood, Leather, Paper and Textiles. The CNC Router can cut Acrylics, Wood and Non- Ferrous Metals. The CNC can also produce 3D moulds which we use in our vacuum forming department. We custom make acrylic covers for architectural models. Specialised products for the hospital industry include incubator hoods, oxygen and air filters. Vacuum chambers, repairs to acrylic parts of autoclaves, housings and other scientific apparatus. Vacuum formed and fabricated point of purchase stands for cosmetic, jewellery, sweets, pens, spectacles books and magazine stands or any products which you desire. Custom tanks for hydraulic oil, fresh and grey water. Fish tanks are custom made in all shapes and sizes. Polycarbonate machine guards and covers, general milling and turning, plastic welding and glycerin shaping. Vacuum formed and fabricated Point of Purchase stands for cosmetic, jewellery, sweets, pens, spectacles stand, books and magazine stands or any products which you desire. Polycarbonate High Bay light diffusers and regular fluorescent light diffusers as well as vacuum formed vapor proof fluorescent diffusers are products, as required by law, in any areas where food or fruit is exposed or being packaged.
