Rhubarb Room owners Lauren and Sone have teamed their individual creative talents to amazing effect, rustling up a unique French Provencal style gift, clothing and coffee shop brimming with cosmopolitan charm. Lauren Marshall can be described as many things; creative, dedicated, spontaneous, hard working and committed are but a few of the attributes that she will carry into her latest endeavor, the Rhubarb Room. After two degrees and six years in the corporate world, as well as extensive traveling of the planet, the influences of a life well lived are all pooled and harnessed into a business that will surely exercise all the resources she has been honing for the last thirty years. She loves to cook, she loves to bake, and she loves to entertain. She loves to dress herself and others, she loves fashion and style, warm interiors and good family living, there is surely no better outlet for this bundle of positive energy than this, a home-style store that encompasses everything she's loved and been good at her entire life. Creating beautiful spaces, products, ideas and experiences is what we love to do. So besides the things we do below, we want you to know Rhubarb Room is the perfect space to come if you need a break, a cuppa with your friend, a bit of inspiration or even just a little TLC. Our passion is to continually search for a unique combination of gifts and homewares. We serve a great cappucino, Deluxe coffeeworks is our preferred coffeesupplier. Our rhubarb room boudoir is a has closet & dressers filled with beautiful women's clothing, jewellery and accessories. As always we love showing off local talent so we stock brands such as Tashkaya clothing, Skermunkil jewelllery, Ruby Roo jewellery and our own range of belts. We host old world vintage high teas for baby showers, kitchen teas and birthday parties. We can put together customised corporate gifts with our unique product ranges.
