Warranty All products carry a manufacturer’s guarantee This varies from brand to brand as noted under each product. Upon receiving the returned faulty item or items, we will send it to our supplier for testing and should the product be defective our supplier will repair or replace. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable. If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs. Please note that if goods are opened and still in working order you will be charged a handling fee of 15%. By following the steps below you will get the opportunity to review all costs before placing your order. We hold stock of many items displayed on S&H Electronic Services, however some items are drawn from our main suppliers and they might be temporarily out of stock. Therefore some items lead time may vary from our suppliers. Please feel free to check with us once you have placed the order and also before you make payment, you can always cancel the order if you wish. In the event of a temporary out-of-stock situation, you shall be entitled either to cancel the order and be fully refunded, or to maintain the sale subject to a later delivery date as may be agreed upon. In a few case scenarios,suppliers suddenly depleted stock after we verified availability for a customer.A full refund will be issued in this situation. Please note that orders are only sent out once we have verified the payment in our accounts. Waiting on Stock From our Suppliers: This status will be selected if we are waiting for the stock to arrive from our suppliers. Ready For Collection: You will receive a ready for collection notification via email, if you have chosen to collect from us. This will happen once the order has been processed and the Payment has been confirmed.
