Steve and Amanda Conradie the owner/operator team at Simon’s Town Guest House are both passionate about travel and have left their mark in all corners of the globe. With emphasis on friendly, personal service this team guarantees guests have a memorable stay at Simon’s Town Guest House. Steve, an old hand in the Tourism Industry, has travelled extensively throughout Southern Africa. Steve has a long standing history in the Simon’s Town area having served in the South African Navy and National Sea Rescue Institute. Amanda, originally from Australia, can regale you with stories from many places around the world. Ideally located near Simon’s Town in Cape Town, Simon’s Town Guest House is within driving distance of all the major attractions and activities which the Cape is known for. Our family owned and run guest house has all the modern facilities expected of such an establishment, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience while staying with us, promising to return in the future. Breakfasts are included in our rates offering both a very satisfying Continental and Cooked selection. Enjoy this in the Guest Dining Room or on the outdoor sea-facing patio. Five luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms each with their own private sitting areas, give guests ample space to feel at home and comfortable while enjoying the hospitality which Simon’s Town Guest House prides itself in offering. This has to be one of the most spectacular locations in the Cape, if not the World, as it sits high on the cliff with uninterrupted views of False Bay. We have been so fortunate this year to have had the most wonderful guests at Simon’s Town Guest House and Christmas Day was no exception. We went last year for the first time and were pleasantly surprised with the organisation and efforts that had gone into making it such a fun event. There were tonnes of stalls presenting local artists talents, live music, animal rides, food stalls and lots more. We spent almost half a day there as the weather was superb and there was just so much to see and do. You will be happy to know that our rescue boys (dogs), Lucky and Rusty have settled nicely into our beautiful new home, Simonstown Guesthouse. Even they enjoy the views from the deck and love to sunbake on the hot tiles.
