Southpoint Church, formerly known as Stellenberg Community Church, is an international strategic partner of North Point Community Church, in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA.
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit as the third member of the holy trinity, who was sent to the earth on the day of Pentecost to indwell all believers.
We exist to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating environments where participants are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, community with insiders and influence with outsiders.

We believe that intentionally fostering relationships with people that are far from God is the most natural context for evangelism. Biblical Authority Without the proper foundations, every organization, individual and family will eventually drift off course. The Word of God is the final authority on all issues of life, and is the ultimate source of truth intended to transform our every day lives. Intentional apprenticing prioritizes life transformation above information. Are you a graduating high school student looking for real world experience in a fast-paced organization before or during your tertiary education? The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 1 year part-time internship program designed to be a leadership journey that combines hands-on experience in a key area of ministry with practical leadership training. The program is specialized to mentor, develop, and teach leadership skills to students who have recently graduated from high school. You’ll receive valuable leadership coaching, spiritual discipleship, discover your gifts and how you can leverage them to become the confident leader God has called you to be. Throughout the program, you will experience what it’s like to be part of a staff team, accomplish training projects, and receive mentorship from gifted and seasoned leaders. Apply early in your final year of high school so you don’t miss out. About the Scriptures We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. About God We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the lost world. About Humanity We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have fellowship with him but became alienated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should mature and be conformed to the image of Christ. About the Church We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith the finished work of Christ.
