He then passed the SAICA Audit Qualifying Examinations and qualified as a CA (SA) in On his return to South Africa in 2005, Marc founded Spark ATM Systems, and has since then served as the company’s Managing Director where he continues to passionately motivate the company towards achieving its goals. Russel completed his tertiary education at the University of Cape Town, where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics. Thereafter Russel joined Investec Private Bank in Cape Town in the capacity of private banker. Russel joined Spark ATM Systems in 2006 in the capacity of Sales Director. He manages a team of national Sales Executives, Account Managers and Business Developers who are responsible for developing customer relationships in their particular region. He then worked for Blue Label Telecoms for eight years in Systems Development and joined Spark just after the company started trading in Buks has been responsible for developing and managing Spark’s in-house ATM network management and monitoring software suite, SparkPro, and continues to grow, develop and innovate the system on a daily basis. He has a post graduate degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling. Ryan has over 10 years of Human Resource Management experience and also has experience in HR software design and development.
