Station Motors is one of the oldest panel beaters in Cape Town and we continuously strive to be the trusted and preferred panel beater in the Western Cape. Located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, we offer comprehensive body repair services to the insurance industry, car manufacturers, fleet companies and private individuals from across the Western Cape. All the staff at Station Motors are committed to providing each of their customers with an exceptional service experience. We specialise in insurance work, private work and fleet repairs and understand the need of having your vehicle repaired quickly without compromising on safety or quality. We are also a registered training provider for apprentices, and currently we have 11 staff on the apprenticeship programme. Station Motors has a state-of-the-art workshop covering more than 17 000 square feet. We have all of the latest technology required to repair even the newest vehicles. By continuously investing in the latest repair and measurement technologies, we strive to ensure that your vehicle has been repaired to the manufacturer’s original specifications. We offer ample convenient exterior off the road parking for our clients. Our workshop comprises of 16 dedicated repair and assembly bays and 10 paint shop preparation bays. Major equipment includes 2 down draught spray booths, 2 down draft preparation areas, a paint mixing room, a computerised laser vehicle measuring system and a computerised invertor welding system. Whilst you wait in our air-conditioned office, enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee/tea and reading today’s paper, an assessment of the damage to your vehicle will be done by one of our qualified staff. Our highly qualified spray painters refinish the car in our spray booths. We use and recommend R-M Paint System (a BSAF company) to achieve our high quality finish. Only after we are 100% satisfied that we’ve restored your vehicle to more than just its prior state, will we release your car. We have also been recognised by the local business community in being awarded the 2007 Business of the Year by the Bellville Chamber of Commerce. As an approved repairer for all major insurance companies and car manufacturers, we offer our clients a repair process that is second to none. Vehicles arriving at our workshop will be inspected by our skilled and approved estimators, who will have an estimate prepared and sent off to your insurance company. Upon receiving approval for the repair work your vehicle will be stripped down to begin the repair process. Station Motors has specialist panel beaters with many years’ experience on all major vehicle makes. The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish in our state of the art paint booth. All vehicles are then cleaned inside and out and goes through a stringent quality control check, before being released back to the customer.
