He refused to install the doors until the builder had waterproofed the surrounds to his satisfaction. The builder wasn't terribly happy about it but eventually complied. Result: Not one drop of rain in a huge expanse of windows and doors which have faced the brunt of the Cape Town storms this season. The big factor that the leaking has ceased is also very good. It is so nice to have a company that does the job efficiently and right first time round!!!!!! The staff are excellent and certainly know their job. We are pleased with the outcome and are thoroughly enjoining our enclosed patio. Enclosing our apartment balcony, was the BEST idea ever !
