This new, vibrant development lies to the North West of Cape Town, within 10 minutes drive of Cape Town city centre. The main attraction of the development is the convenient city lifestyle it offers. The requirements were for a property within Camps Bay, Cape Town that could be easily let out and benefit from capital growth. Every agent, website, private sale, auction and newspaper were covered to highlight the best of what was on the market. With Thabalanga now finding the tenants and managing the property on his behalf, the whole process could not have been more smooth or painless. At this price, having often downsized from their old family home in the UK, they have plenty tucked away for long winelands lunches and plenty of international travel.
