There are many elements to consider when designing a bar or restaurant. Besides the aesthetics, which in itself is influenced by lighting, acoustics, textures and colours; equally as important would be the flow of a restaurant. From the importance of kitchen design to the front of house design, this is where space planning has such an important role. Managing of the entire process from the initial concept to completion. Another service we can provide to our clients will be assisting with the relevant licencing. Gamalielle started her career as a chef and gained experience in the hospitality industry within various establishments, ranging from hotels through to fine dining restaurants. With a passion for design as much as for creating beautiful dishes, Gamalielle decided to change career and enrolled at Inscape Design college. Which followed shortly to starting her own company in Due to her vast experience from working in the hospitality industry, Gamalielle has gained an understanding of restaurant and bar design that separates her from conventional designers. Offering clients a full turn key service from the initial concept to completion of the project. This project had major construction done to the internal space of the heritage building, we also built an additional 100 sq meters of the restaurant on a first floor level with a lourvre deck system roof covering. Projects in shopping malls have limitations as to when certain works can be completed due to the impact that noise and dust can have on the patrons frequenting the mall. Regardless, project was completed within one month on site and well within the deadline.
