Proof None PDF E-mail Hard-copy colour proof As part of our work in preparing your document for printing, we may well make small edits or modifications to the original file you send us. Before we begin to print your document in volume, we would encourage you to look at a proof of your document. When viewing a proof, you can confirm: Design elements are in their proper place. E-mail proofs E-mail proofs are low-resolution PDF files we send to you via E-mail. E-mail proofs are perfectly adequate for confirming that design elements are correct and that the fonts are correct. However, because you will view the image on a computer monitor, E-mail proofs will not provide an accurate prediction of the colors you will see when the document is printed.
