Initially run by Gavin Field and Sean Jerram, the business grew rapidly. Within another year we purchased another two 6 heads embroidery machines. Top Cap manufactures a wide range of headwear and other promotional items like cushions, aprons, table cloths, jackets, fleece blankets, beanies and scarves. Having started more than 20 years ago, Top Cap is a leading manufacturer of headwear in South Africa. Because we embroider in-house, our clients have a lot more flexibility in terms of style, design and colour. Clients can for instance decide, where on the caps they want to embroider and how high. Top Cap does state-of-the-art embroidery and has extensive experience with innovative techniques like 3D embroidery. The low prices and wide colour range of our polar fleece beanies and scarves, put us at the forefront of our industry. If you can’t find stock of a certain colour or you need a better price, we can assist you. Our main market are promotional companies, but we also manufacture for big sports brands like New Balance.
