We are pleased to announce that we have recently introduced a range of specialised ward and theatre linen and clothing for the hospital and clinic sector. Should there be a need to request alternatives to our listed products we will endeavour to source these for you. ANSWER: Because each order is made custom, to your specifications, we will not accept returns for any reasons other than manufacturing defects. We are happy to send you a sample of the fabric and/or finished product you are considering before we do a full run. We are also happy to have a consultant visit you or to answer any of your questions via email, or via telephone, prior to your purchase. In the case of manufacturing defects, the original product must be shipped back to our warehouse before replacements will be sent. If you are within 50 kms of our Cape Town office and your order consists of quantities we are holding in our warehouse then you can expect to receive your goods within 3 to 4 working days of Towel and Linen having received your signed and paid order. If you are prepared to forecast items for a certain time of the year we will guarentee delivery dates. You are will be required to pay upfront or on exchange of the goods ordered. Where delivery is required, the company will make its best effort to meet the purchaser’s lead time requirements, but the company does not give any guarantees in this regard. It is ultimately the sole responsibility of the purchaser to determine that the goods purchased are suitable for the purposes of intended use. However returns will be accepted on condition that the goods have not been used and the return is executed within 7 days of delivery or pick-up of the goods.
