At UniBuilders. we require only top quality work in all aspects of building. Even roofing, all under one name. From new homes to renovations, To even demolitions. All we require is client satisfaction. feel free to contact us for a quotation for any project. We will price and even reprice if our client is unsatisfied. UniBuilders are deeply involved in all of our subcontractors to satisfy our need for quality and precision. As a good builder we require a weekly site meeting with our client to eliminate problems that may arise, as well as to sort out details to specific trades that may cause issues at a later stage. This is just a trait that we use but can be eliminated by client if not wanted. UniBilders is currently waiting on our NHBRC certification as well as Masterbuilders certification. This as well as other certificates will be uploaded as soon as we get it.

Renovations and additions are also welcome and is dealt with the up most perfection. We can even help with the drawing of new plans. Estimations and bill of quantities. We only use subcontractors with proven track records in plumbing and electrical. all other trades are done in house at UniBuilders. This is our requirements to ensure accurate certification and guarantees to our clients. with jbcc contracts, pressure tests for plumbing. A19 and S4 for roofs, also electrical signoffs and final inspections.
Brands
We only use the beast quality building materials. This comes at a steep price but the assurance it gives in the long run is much more then the money spent to obtain it. This is what we price on. If a client requires a lesser material. we will advise our clients, but in the end our clients spec is what we will honor.
