Once a new job is submitted to our platform by a firm, an algorithm chooses the best-suited team member based on experience, geography, and availability. Members complete a job and submit their work to quality assurance for review. After passing inspection, the work is available online for the firm. Our team members are freelancers from top tier architecture firms, students at leading architecture schools or are now retired from the workforce, but still very capable. When they submit a job, every team member is rated with only the best performers continuing in our network.
