Vertical Secrets Parties are a fun way to celebrate events and ourselves as strong women. When you book your party with us, you have the luxury of choosing between Pole Dancing, Sexy Chair Lap Dance. You can socialize before and after your party and bring food and drinks to our studio for an additional fee. We can bring the party to you or bring the party to our fabulous studio. Party must be paid in full to hold booking and is non-refundable. Studio Hire (Socialize before and after the party) If you have your party at our studio and want to socialize before or after your party, you can use the studio for an additional fee of R200 per hour to socialize. If you have a corporate or special event coming up, we can come to you. We offer aerial hoop, pole 'n' silks and of course pole dance professional performances that will add glamour, sophistication and an edge to any event, parties, gigs, corporate functions and festivals. Vertical Secrets Pole Dance Fitness Studios offers professional pole dance fitness classes to women and men of all ages, shapes and sizes. The founder has over 12 years of pole dance fitness experience from America and South Africa where she currently lives. She also has a passion for all dance style and tries to incorporate them with pole dancing. She is currently a member of the following associations. She is a representative for the Western Cape as a board member of Pole Dance Sports Association of South Africa (PDSASA) and South African Pole Sports Federation (SAPSF) Pole dance fitness will increase your metabolism to lose weight, improved muscle tone, help reduce body fat, improved muscle strength, improved flexibility, coordination and most importantly a major boost in confidence. Our Studio is located in Table View and we offer a variety of Pole Fitness classes to help you get fit. We also offer professional shows for corporate and local events. Our instructor was a really cool girl who led us in groups through a series of stretches and sexy walks back and forth across the mood lit. All classes are taught in either the pole classroom or the anther classroom which has no poles in it. Everyone made me feel really welcome and comfortable, including other students. Plus she walked around to make sure we were in correct form.
