Description Butana is currently managing director of Vunani Capital, a diversified financial services group, of which Vunani Fund Managers is a fully owned subsidiary. Prior to Vunani, Butana worked at Southern Asset Management and then at Futuregrowth. Butana has been a director of Vunani Fund Managers since Letshego has 20 years industry experience and joined Vunani Fund Managers from STANLIB Asset Manager where she was Business Manager in the CEO’s Office reporting directly to the CEO. Her responsibilities included enhancing client focus across the business and assisting the business in becoming more customer-centric. Letshego has a wealth of knowledge and experience in business development, organisational strategy, marketing, sales, administration, risk, compliance and service delivery. Description Manana is Executive Chairman of her own investment company, MION, which has investments in marine and shipping (Smit Marine), manufacturing, energy, engineering and manufacturing and until recently gaming. Prior to this he served as a member of the Group Executive Committee responsible for empowerment and corporate affairs at Metropolitan. Nkosinathi led the team that formulated the empowerment strategy and initiative which resulted in Metropolitan partnering with Kagiso Trust Investments as the BEE partner. Previously Nkosinathi served as an executive director responsible for human resources at Makew Muller Longman and was employed at British Petroleum as a senior human resources manager. Description Tony has more than 24 years of investment experience and was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Syfrets and Nedcor Investment Bank Asset Management (NIBAM). His experience as an equity portfolio manager dates back to 1988, when he was charged with the responsibility of managing the Southern Life Staff Pension Fund. His interest in and management of equity and multi-asset class portfolios has continued from these beginnings. His thesis explored determinants of the price formation process of equities.
