We are a contract cleaning company that specialises in high level window cleaning, commercial, pressure cleaning and rope access cleaning to the industrial, retail and domestic sectors.

We promote from within and have trained ten members of staff to become supervisors, which included passing their driving test to become drivers and stringent training in the fields of safety and supervisory skills. She then insures that all projects and internal affairs are managed smoothly. Constantly checks on the teams and advises the supervisors on safety methods. Oversees the teams whilst on their various contracts and provides support to our staff. Established in 1989 as a dynamic window cleaning company, we have grown and now include a comprehensive specialised cleaning service for the commercial and industrial market. We maintain the highest standard of service by constantly monitoring our various teams to ensure top quality work. Each team has a supervisor, who has a variety of responsibilities, including adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct of our cleaning teams on site, dress code of our staff members, etc. We have formal weekly meetings with our management team and supervisory staff to ensure that the communication channels are kept open and to maintain constant interaction with our staff. We also like to give back to the community and 95% of our Overberg team are employed from the local community of Hermanus in an effort to combat unemployment in the region. As most of them are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds we feel very strongly about social responsibility. We therefore decided to support Fikelela in 2006 and continue to do so every year. Fikelela has two centres, one in Khayelitsha and one in Ottery where they care for abandoned, abused and orphaned babies and children and nurse them back to health before being found foster homes. We provide a window cleaning and high-level cleaning service to the domestic, industrial, commercial and retail sectors. We offer conventional window cleaning, rope-access cleaning, and cleaning with the new reverse osmosis water-fed pole system. We have recently attended the Interclean Convention in Amsterdam and were one of the first South African based companies to import the latest technology in window cleaning: the revolutionary water-fed pole system. The operation involves the use of normal tap water that is fed through a Reverse Osmosis System, which filters the water into pure water. This pure water is then carried through lightweight carbon poles that are connected to brushes with which the windows are cleaned. As the water is pure, there is no necessity for the use of chemicals and the windows dry streak-free as there are no impurities for debris to adhere to. We now have 2 teams working with this system and hope to introduce more to provide all our clients with this innovative and efficient cleaning methodology.
