Wired Communications is a small, effective and hard-working PR agency based in Gardens, Cape Town and Johannesburg. We implement traditional PR campaigns and digital PR functions. We believe our core strength is in developing cost-effective solutions that deliver results against set objectives. Driven by a desire to succeed, we are proactive, enthusiastic and creative. Wired Communications is the first South African Public Relations agency to offset its carbon footprint. Each year, we measure our impact on the environment and buy a number of trees from Food & Trees for Africa, so that we may give something back. The trees we buy are planted in areas that need either shade or fruit trees. Perdeberg Cellars ’ Courageous Dry Land Collection Barrel Fermented Chenin Blanc has flourished in the four years since its launch, in the last quarter of The Dry Land Collection Courageous Barrel Fermented Chenin Blanc, with its boldness and abundance of flavours, which lingers after each sip, has brought unequivocal pride to the Perdeberg team by bringing in an historical 4th consecutive win at the annual Standard Bank Chenin Blanc Top Ten Challenge. Perdeberg was the only brand and product to garner four successive awards with every vintage since the launch of this new wine challenge platform, therefore creating history! In 2014, the first year of the Standard Bank Chenin Blanc Top Ten Challenge, Perdeberg came in as one of the top 10 Chenin Blanc’s out of the 126 wines that entered with their The Dry Land Collection Barrel Fermented Chenin Blanc As a Top 10 winner in previous years, Perdeberg Cellar received cash prizes, which they used towards an ARA project for upgrading and equipping the Crèches on their producer farms as well as utilizing it to uplift the community. This year, once again, the monies will be spent uplifting the Perdeberg community based causes.
