We work closely with the insurance broker, assessor, parts suppliers and our client so as to reduce any delays which might occur during the repair process. The client is not dependant on us, we are dependent on the client. We have to deliver the same service to our clients, as we want delivered to us, when we are served. To this end we have a client liason officer who will keep our client up to date with the progress of their repair, every step of the way. We have employed the services of an external customer management company to measure our customer service, and we are currently boasting a 98% customer satisfaction rating.
