Lowering yourself into a metal cage under water to be face to face with a Great White may not be everyone's idea of holiday fun but we have tried it, and loved it, and we highly recommend this thrilling day tour to our braver guests! As an adventurous bunch of Capetonians ourselves we have selected some of our own favourites which we will gladly book for you. The Cape Portfolios team are passionate about what we do and we all work really hard to ensure that you have a great time with us and that your stay in a Cape Portfolios property will be as care-free and enjoyable as possible. As soon as you have confirmed your accommodation booking then Chuma Gwenxa, our dedicated Guest Relations Manager, will start discussing arrangements for your stay with you in case there is anything extra you would like assistance with such as car hire, airport transfers and child care, or if you are interested in finding out about any of the exciting tours and travel experiences we have personally selected and tested out ourselves to recommend to our clients. A regular cleaning service is included in the cost of all our rental properties as well as pool cleaning and garden service where applicable. We will be very pleased to arrange one of our recommended professional villa chefs to prepare some delicious meals for you at your property. For those preferring to relax completely and enjoy their surroundings without having to cook, your full-time villa chef will talk through your culinary preferences on a daily basis before buying the ingredients and preparing as many meals a day as you want to enjoy in the comfort of your Cape Portfolios property. Alternatively if you prefer to eat out more regularly and enjoy our excellent local restaurants we recommend arranging a more occasional villa catering experience for you. Options include delicious prepared meals that our caterers drop off for you to heat up later whenever you want or a truly fine dining experience served by attentive waiting staff in the privacy and comfort of your own luxury villa. We will let you know during the booking process how regularly the property you choose is serviced but this usually varies between a full day, twice weekly clean in our smaller apartments and houses up to a full daily week-day service in our larger luxury villas. If however you require cleaning service at your property more frequently than is already provided this can generally be arranged for a small additional cost if requested on booking. Bed-linen including towels and beach-towels are provided in the houses and linen will generally be changed by your housekeeper at least twice weekly. Our dedicated housekeeping team are responsible for cleaning the properties and changing and washing house linen and towels. For those wanting an even higher level of personal service and attention we can also arrange a full butler service to attend to your every need at your Cape Portfolios property. The service that we recommend is highly professional and the butlers have all been trained to international luxury hotel standards to ensure impeccable service at all times. Professional baby sitting and other childcare services can also be booked in advance at very reasonable rates through established local agencies that we recommend. Travel cots, high chairs, stair gates and other baby equipment can also be hired and delivered to your rental property. Alternatively we can arrange for you to be collected and taken to a nearby luxury Health Spa for treatments during your stay. And if you want to feel like you really deserve a well-earned massage treatment, we can also arrange for a personal trainer or yoga instructor to come to your Cape Portfolios property to put you through your paces! If you are celebrating something special during your stay we can help you mark the occasion with some extra treats at your villa. And honeymooners might like us to arrange bubbly on arrival, roses and candles in your bedroom or treat yourselves to a relaxing duo massage in your villa or at an exclusive local spa.
