Fun team activities would form part of the coaching session to ensure that there is a fun aspect to learning. We often find that life skills training are historically provided to management staff only and we feel that everyone deserves an opportunity to be introduced to the skills. We run alongside the new recruit for the first 3 months offering free life coaching to the new staff memeber in this transitional period.
