Dear CMS team It is with deep regret that we have had to inform our staff that we have closed our doors at CMS. We all have to pay for food, rent and school fees and many of our extended families depend on our income. CMS was in financial trouble when we took over the business and it was unable to pay salaries at the time. Together we at least got the business running for another 4 years. Over the last number of months, we have worked very hard at restructuring the business in order to fit the current portfolio of clients. As you are aware, we have lost many clients over the last number of months. Our team have worked very hard at securing new business and fresh investment to the company, as was required by the new financial position of the company. As you know, CMS has lost many customers over the last year. Since our retrenchment process began at CMS, our team have also been working very hard at securing more investors to put more money into CMS through these challenging times in the business and we only found out last week that our investors were not interested in CMS for reasons which are explained below. It is hard to convince people to invest money into a business where a Former Director and Current Shareholder of the company has allegedly been working hard to destroy the business. As you would imagine, their investment into the company would be at risk if we were to loose any more customers. When we searched his house we found lots of information belonging to CMS. We also found additional evidence that suggests that he has been using CMS information in order to take CMS’s clients to other companies. We worked at trying to secure jobs at competitors and clients, and will continue to do so. Once the liquidator has been appointed, they will distribute all money's that have been collected from customers and the sale of CMS assets to pay staff and creditors.
