CONSULTATION Eco Design Architects and Consultants have given green consultancy services to other architectural practices and companies as well as private clients. eco village concepts, permaculture, design guidelines etc. multi-flush toilets, composting toilets, greywater recycling, etc. Brochures & Documents are on sale that can be used as hand books by builders, architects and interested parties or for council motivation and approval. STANDARD ARCHITECTURAL SERVICE Eco Design Architects offers a full architectural service as well as specialist building services and a green building consultancy. Co-ordinate with necessary consultants (engineer, land surveyor, quantity surveyor or any other specialist consultants required.) Prepare set of detail drawings and specifications for construction & tender purposes. Control the issuing and amendments to all contract documentation. Regular site inspections and certification of drawings and contract documents. Assist builder/s in interpretation of drawings and contract documents. Inspect for defects & certify works and issue payment as well as final completion certificates. Fees and disbursements are based on the structures set by the Cape Institute for Architecture and will depend on the level of service required.
