His love for cycling and trail running and his aversion to faux euro made in China imports and escalating prices ultimately gave him the impetus to create a company that produces locally made cycling and running clothing that can compete against the international competition but can deliver at local prices. With this belief he set about raising a brand that understood the benefits of an active lifestyle but also the importance of giving back in one-way or another. With a passion for design, Jorgs, inspired by his pet dog’s redonkulous reaction to going for a walk crafted a logo that embodied the essence of the brand perfectly. With internationally famous playgrounds like Table Mountain and Signal Hill as his inspiration he produced a range of cycling and running clothing that embodies the active lifestyle whilst not breaking the bank. The family has grown, the goal hasn’t changed however the bar has risen. The cycling and running kit we make today constantly reminds us that what we create is not bigger than the idea itself. However if we can provide you with a little encouragement to get up on a crisp morning, or a little deflection from a harsh wind, or perhaps a little more comfort than you’re normally used to, we’ll jump at the chance. That’s why best value has always been our primary goal. We will also always endeavor to support local suppliers before sourcing abroad because the aim is to provide fellow South Africans with a true home grown brand they can not only be proud of but that’s also here to provide for our next generation of athletes through potential sponsorship, affordable cycling and running wear and future job opportunities. Customisation is a large part of our daily business and we are kept busy catering to South Africa’s cyclists, runners and athletes who wish to represent their own companies and charities or sponsors and teams. We can jabber on all day about our goals and aspirations but really, if you’ve read this far, we should just be talking.
