There is no schedule or timetable for how all children should grow. In fact, there is a huge amount of variance in the pace that each child develops at. A classic example of this is the age at which babies start to walk. In both of these cases, the babies are within the range of typical development and this is completely normal. Our first priority at Kay-Dee Edu Care Centre, is to let your little one feel safe, secure, and happy! Early childhood development is extremely important, therefore we make sure to introduce your child to several diverse and educational activities. All extramural activities cost extra except for Karate & Catch-it ball skills, which are included in the fee structure. Additionally, Kay-Dee not only stimulates your child's mind, but also nurtures them socially and emotionally. Our teachers are compassionate, responsible individuals with integrity, who love children and have natural instincts when it comes to the needs of your precious children. Our centre provides a warm, safe and welcoming environment, one where your baby can grow from a bundle of joy to a bundle of curiosity. The Kay-Dee creche staff are well-trained in early childhood development, offering your child the attention and care they need for a successful development. Additionally, we design our curriculum to encourage children to experience the world around them and to explore the environment through all their senses. Moreover, the Kay-Dee staff focus on creating experiences and opportunities that invite exploration. Which in turn, supports the rapid and important development that occurs in a child's first years. Most importantly, we focus on keeping your baby happy, engaged, and secure. Making sure to identify their unique schedule, nutritional guidelines, and any other special attention he/she requires. Additionally, our creche offers warm and nurturing interaction with caregivers, days spent in a warm environment for learning, individualised attention and experiences, and meaningful partnerships with parents. Furthermore, we make sure to include Fine and Gross Motor activities with the babies and Physiotherapy for those who require it. At Kay-Dee, children grow and learn in a safe and healthy environment. Our creche class, is run by three of our wonderful staff members. Each of our staff are qualified in First Aid Training, we renew these qualifications every two years. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in each classroom, which enables us to monitor staff and children at all hours of the day. In our baby classes, we offer a Junior Jive Music and movement programme, which plans musical learning activities that activate the whole brain.
