We are a print, graphic design, screen printing and signage company based in Cape Town, South Africa. Screen Africa was started in 1995 by Mr. Dudley Berg who was situated in Cape Town, Western Cape. He opened an In-house Graphics Studio with a digital and screen-printing department in the business to supply all the local businesses with their printing requirements.

He proceeded to build the business into a very successful one-stop-shop for signwriting, digital and screen-printing and took on the likes of larger retail groups such as Fragrance Boutique, where they did all of the in-house posters, banners, etc. for this group and continue to do so, even until today.

A few years later, they acquired the BP Petroleum contract and managed to do all the promotional work for the company within South Africa.

In 2014, he sold the business to the De Bruyn family from Johannesburg who continued to run Screen Africa from Montague Gardens and continued to build the business. They then acquired a really large international company called Motion Icon, where they did all the escalator branding for this group in countries like the UK, USA, Dubai, Great Britain as well as in Africa and Southern Africa.

They continued to run the business and increase the turnover. Later on, in 2019, they moved to a larger premises in Paarden Island, where they extended their business to a bigger clientele. In 2020 Screen Africa was bought over by MARJ Capital Group, a leading Financial and Investment company in South Africa. The whole Screen Africa operation was moved to an even bigger warehouse based in Brackengate Business Park in Brackenfell and is managed by Johan Du Toit, the new CEO of Screen Africa. Screen Africa is over 20 years old and has been supplying the Western Cape and South Africa with all its signage requirements for this period of time.
