We have worked with many clients who have stepped out of confusion and immobility to establish an ongoing process of improving how they see the world and how they make things happen to achieve success.
We believe that each intervention with a client can be designed, using our structured process to bring maximum benefit to clients and that together we can contract an agreement that offers value to us and the client.
Sometimes our clients are not sure what to do next but most of the time they just need help to align their team around a plan of action.

At StrategyWorks we work with the executives and the teams tasked with delivering strategy. Strategy can be set by decree but someone in the organisation must make it happen. Most of the time however these leaders require conversations to align their thoughts around relevant information and structures to focus teams on delivery. Teams sometimes feel stumped even when they know the way forward. Often this is because their communication breaks down when they try to put their ideas together to develop a plan. The team response is therefore tentative or reluctant when the situation calls for enthusiastic and decisive action. Our purpose at StrategyWorks is to facilitate this conversation. Agreeing on an effective process for developing ideas can build trust within a team. And when they trust that their own ineffective dynamics in conversation will be managed, teams begin to relax and listen to each other. As they share ideas teams are able to agree on co-ordinated plans of action. Candour: When team members express their real opinions, being willing to speak the unspeakable, exposing unfulfilled commitments, and the silent lies and pocket vetoes allowing members to agree to things which they have no intention of actioning. Informality: Which reduces defensiveness and encourages spontaneity and honesty. We assist organisations through a process of one-on-one coaching and workshop facilitation. Stephen has been coaching clients in the corporate environment and facilitating dialogue for action with teams for over 15 years. These conversations are structured around our strategy and project processes which we customise for each client to assist them to establish a crystal clear view of who they are, where they are, where they want to go and how they intend to get there. At StrategyWorks we are passionate about developing and maximising people, and about researching, adapting and applying ideas. Stephen is an excellent faciltiator with ten years of experience in facilitating various workshops in the corporate environment. In the last few years he has developed a coaching practice to support his facilitation work. We believe that each intervention with a client can be designed, using our structured process to bring maximum benefit to clients and that together we can contract an agreement that offers value to us and the client. He has spent the last 16 years facilitating workshops and coaching teams and individuals. Work with the emotions, behaviours and life skills required for a productive day. Prior to consulting he spent 15 years as an internal facilitator and consultant in the corporate environment. He worked for organisations in Government (Marine Research), Geological Exploration, Mining (Machine Health Monitoring and IT), Oil, and Financial Services. During this time his predominant role was Analyst, Catalyst or Facilitator. He used Joint Application Development (JAD) extensively for Requirements Analysis and Systems Design and has broadened this base with considerable Organisational Development training and experience. He has a BSc in Chemistry and Geology, an MSc in Materials Engineering, and an Accounting Diploma. He is currently engaged in studies towards an MA in coaching through I-Coach academy of Middlesex University.
